Siiri Paananen works in the ILO development project as a project manager. She is responsible for project reporting and management, as well as development work with stakeholders. In addition, she is responsible for coordinating project activities and ensuring schedules, necessary resources (including external experts) and tools for project staff.
Maxim Narbrough

Maxim Narbrough works as designer for the ILO development project. He is responsible for coordinating the development of an operating model, to support pre-incubator activity and collaboration between companies and Art and Design networks in Lapland. He will organize workshops and pilots aiming to facilitate product and service innovation.
Jonna Häkkilä

Jonna Häkkilä is the Principal Investigator leading the project. She is professor for Industrial Design at the University of Lapland, Finland, and has led multiple projects at the cross section of technology and design. Her interests are in user-centric design, and in utilizing design and technology for connecting the past, present and future.
