As our final post, we present the ILO operating model that was produced during the project. It visualises the activities related to the ARCTA Art & Design labs, and how the new infrastructure can be used in different stages of creating products or services, and takes into consideration the different stakeholders.
We also produced operating models for Material Library, Fab Lab and Pre-incubation activities.
We want to thank all the stakeholders and people who were part of ILO-project! The project has ended, but new projects related to the laboratories and startups in the Lapland University Consortium are already being planned and about to begin.
